Learn Vedic Meditation --- a simple meditation technique for everyone

Accessing the Source of Happiness

Nothing delights me more than graduating a new group of meditatorsand hearing reports of how they have been experiencing more clarity, greater awareness, and less reactivity in real-life situations (just days or weeks after having learned).

During the training, I teach them a simple technique to naturally and effortlessly allow their mind to settle down and experience bliss consciousness.

The technique is fairly easy to learn and after a relatively short while, the small investment of time it takes to practice (15 to 20 minutes twice a day) yields a state of true and lasting happiness.

The outdated model of acquiring happiness is: I’ll get the thing or circumstance first and then I’ll be happy. This is obviously not sustainable because what happens when we no longer have that thing?

The new, more sustainable approach to happiness is: I’ll tap into the source of happiness (the type of happiness that is not circumstantial), and then I’ll attract to my life all of the desirable things and circumstances that reflect my true state of happiness (as demonstrated in The Secret).

In this new model, we cultivate our happiness from within; it’s lasting—no matter what is happening around us.

Now, there are many ways to experience bliss and happiness within. Perhaps the most time-honored method of consistently tapping into our own infinite reserves of bliss consciousness is through meditation.

The ancient technique that I teach utilizes the natural tendency of the mind to effectively unclog stress and fatigue in the body so we can allow our innate happiness to effortlessly pour through.

Some of the other benefits of this meditation include: better health, greater intuitive powers, heightened creativity, and more organizing capability.

With much love and gratitude,

Light
