After attending the talk, you will be eligible to take the course which starts the next day. It's a 6-hour commitment, spread out over 4 days with no session lasting more than 90 minutes.

By the end of the meditation course you will be a self-sufficient meditator, which means you will never have to think about what to do anymore when you sit to meditate. It's very structured and sequential — and perhaps one of the best life skills you could ever learn.
